Afterburn Effect
Tuesdays 19:00-20:00

Afterburn effect is a circuit based exercise class, combining weight based exercises with small amounts of rest periods to challenge the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular system, improving strength and burning fat at the same time. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Metabolic Melt
Thursdays 19:00-20:00

Metabolic melt is a high intensity interval training class, combining body weight strength training and high intensity cardio bursts designed to blast fat, improve your endurance and get you in to shape. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Supple Function
Fridays 10:00-11:00

Supple function is suitable for individuals who are new to exercise. This class is 60 minutes long and works on whole body strength, flexibility and basic cardiovascular fitness. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Load
Saturdays 09:30-10:30

Load is a circuit class with aims of build strength, add definition, increase bone density and decrease body fat by increasing lean muscle. Feel the burn as you target and fatigue specific muscle groups. Focus on strengthening your heart through loaded training. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Pilates
Tuesdays, 13:00 - 14:00 | Fridays, 11:15 - 12:15
This floor-based class focuses on improving flexibility, strength and muscle tone. The movements are slow, controlled and fluid with an emphasis on mind and body awareness. The objective of Pilates is to teach correct breathing and movement techniques to improve posture as well as abdominal and spinal control. An exercise class to suit people of all ages and abilities and a relaxing way to strengthen the lower back, mind and body. Originally developed for dancers in the 1920's, this unique discipline for holistic strength and flexibility has grown into an innovative and popular exercise class. Pilates is recommended by Osteopaths, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors and can provide long-term relief from lower back pain.
