Joe GunnionJoe qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in 2015, he started working for blackberry in March the same year. His main role involves the induction of new members and program reviews for all existing members including post rehabilitation referrals from the clinic.

Joe can help you with a wide range of fitness goals including muscle building, toning, weight loss, nutrition advice and cardiovascular goals. He will make a program that suits you and be with you every step to help you achieving your goals. Joe often does reviews to keep you motivated and interested in your training. He teaches his own class on Tuesday and Thursday called body blast and every two weeks teaches stretch and tone in the morning.

He has been active from a young age playing football and rugby for local clubs and schools, and joineda gym at 16 years old. He has interests in outdoor sports such as rock climbing, skiing, canoeing and kayaking.
