Ben KnowlesBen has worked in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since the summer of 2008, while recently becoming the Gym Manager. He specialises in resistance and cardio training for weight loss/gain. He has trained as a performance Boxercise coach and teaches the Wednesday evening class and is able to incorporate this kind of training into your programme if requested.

Having played competitive sport from an early age, he is able to offer sports specific advice and nutritional analysis as well as core conditioning and split routines.
